We are Exponential Living, LLC, and we are owners of affordable home rentals in the southeast. It is our goal to provide exceptional tenant services for homes that are in great school districts, and close to both work and pleasure. As local owners who grew up in the area we are proud to own and maintain these properties. 


From the first day we opened our doors, we put the needs of our renters ahead of our own. Now, it would be our pleasure to do the same for you. Our goal is to handle all of your rental needs. We streamline the rental and application process, allow you to pay rent online from anywhere, and you can easily submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal. We integrate all of these services in one place so that you can spend less time stressing about your rental home and more time focusing on what matters most.

  • What are your business hours?

    Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM.

  • How do I pay my rent?

    Log into your online portal to pay your rent. If you are not yet registered, please create an account here!

  • How do I submit a maintenance request?

    Please submit a maintenance request through the tenant portal. 

    1. From the Home or Maintenance tab, click Request Maintenance.
    2. Enter a detailed description of the issue, upload one or more photos of the item needing attention, give the property manager permission to enter with their key, then click Submit Request.

  • How do I apply for a vacancy?

    Please visit our Availability page and click "Apply Now" on the vacancy you are interested in.
